As well as other tasty dishes, Sankey's specialize in oysters and lobsters, no matter the season of the year. The oysters come in different categories and are often sourced from Richard Haward, a reliable 9th generation supplier in Colchester. Also, the lobsters, devoid of foreign bacteria, are delivered from Cadgwith Cove in Cornwall. Truly the best of British.
